Huizingen

Huizingen 3 - HuizingenFamily park situated in the countryside in the town of Huizingen. An oasis of peace and a breath of calm during the week ... the weekend, it can sometimes be crowded, limit the unbearable summer. Very nice playground with numerous game modules and trampolines (1.5 € per 1/4h), 45 ha of woods and wildlife park where you will see ostriches, deer, chickens, parrots, peacocks, ...
beautiful pond at the foot of Castle Huizingen, Home and pedal boats for a little walk on water. Topping the field you will find a beautiful outdoor swimming pool for all ages.
A small train goes around the park (1.2 € for adults, free for children) and gives a good idea of the size of the area Huizingen ... However it is interesting: 60% of the circuit is in the woods where there's nothing to see (besides the woods, where it can be nice to take a ride in the stroller for babies!) and the smell of diesel locomotive are unpleasant.
The area is open all year is free for parents and children during the winter until March 31
Huizingen remains a reference for children and around Brussels and is the activity the most visited PetitMoutard! :)

NOTE:
- The pool, the price varies from 2.5 to € 7.5 € (FOR POOL ONLY) depending on your province of origin (Flemish Brabant / rest of Belgium).
- The Park , the price is 2.5 € per adult and € 1.5 per child, regardless of your origin. Possible discount for groups (> 12personnes = 2 € or 1 € for children).
